Job Title: Account Executive

At Alex Partners, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire consultative selling cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire consultative selling cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through partners & clients and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data within CRM.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive position.
  • Preferred: experience in the staffing space or in an HR Tech environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eager to learn and explore new functional territories.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication/presentation, and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the product.
