Pernod Ricard is at the forefront of a major transformation program called Leap, aimed at designing and implementing a future-proof ERP system to harmonize transactional processes across the Group.

The Senior Tech Lead for Source to Pay will play a key role in defining, designing, developing, and rolling out processes and data within the ERP system. This involves deep expertise in current processes, knowledge of best-in-class practices, strong ability to question current practices and identify gaps, as well as strategic visioning of the best way to deliver targets within core systems and related satellites.

Your Key Missions:

Solution Leadership

You will act as an SAP/Technology knowledge leader for functional teams, providing knowledge transfer to team members on S2P topics and guiding technical teams in best practices for SAP ERP technical implementation. You will ensure appropriate technical design in compliance with architecture standards.

Reports / Interfaces / Conversion / Enhancements / Forms & Workflows (RICEFW)

During design, build, test, and roll-out, you will create conditions for your technology team to identify and document necessary elements for system setup, securing on-time, on-quality, and on-budget implementation.

Program Management

You will plan, organize, support, track, and report necessary activities to be performed by your team to secure successful delivery. You will identify and orchestrate needs for collaboration amongst various delivery teams, assess risk, define and track action plans, and act as the best partner for program leadership.

Team Management

You will provide oversight of Functional and Technical team members, mobilize, animate, and support them on a day-to-day basis, securing the best conditions in terms of collaboration and skills development.

  • You have a Master's degree in engineering or business school.
  • You have 10+ years' experience in the consumer goods industry and procurement processes (direct and indirect).
  • You have extensive experience in large-scale implementation delivery methodology.
  • You have SAP knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English; French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory.
