We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Specialist to join our team at Equativ. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage legal and privacy requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting on team activities and performance.
- Draft and update contractual models in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with Business Operations to improve legal department processes and tools.
- Centralize legal guidelines and optimize internal and external communication of legal and privacy department.
- Optimize and automate certain tasks using digital tools and processes.
- Report on team activity and performance.
- Help implement policies, maintain knowledge resources, develop contract best practices, and conduct related training.
- Business and contract law Master or interest in legal matters.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Ops.
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams at a global level (US, EMEA, APAC zones).
- Experience as a project manager, capable of developing roadmaps respecting deadlines.
- Experience in change management, supporting the legal and privacy team in implementing new projects.
- Great team spirit and leadership skills: you are rigorous, proactive.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Team spirit, willing to help.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken).
