We are currently seeking an IAM Access Management Expert to join our Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) within AXA Group Operations.
Job Purpose
- Lead the execution of the One Account release strategy to phase out legacy platform functionalities and introduce innovative use cases.
- Facilitate the implementation of One Account for new applications through automation and self-service onboarding.
- Assist in the execution of new global strategic initiatives and program rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the One Account roadmap
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot IAM policies and frameworks.
- Establish authentication methods and protocols.
- Devise and execute migration plans from legacy systems.
- Assist with patching, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
- Implement enhancements for security and operational efficiency.
Expand the One Account reach
- Provide support during demand management, assess client needs, and advocate for automation.
- Collect demand priorities and encourage the adoption of One Account.
Ensure One Account Quality of Service
- Deliver 3rd Level Support for the One Account platform and associated components.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Request processes in line with SLAs.
- Contribute to secure operations, knowledge management, and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Train Business As Usual (BAU) teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Your Profile
Technical Expertise
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and solutions.
- Experience with Broadcom's and Ping Identity's IAM products.
- Familiarity with Network, Workplace, and Infrastructure domains.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities in an international context.
- Service-oriented mindset with robust client management skills.
- Capacity to manage priorities and navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset for driving continuous enhancements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
