As a crucial member of our agile team, you will enhance operational efficiency and drive creative solutions, ensuring we remain leaders in global technology advancements.
Your primary focus will be on the Operational Security Product team, working with a comprehensive Identity and Access technology stack, including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure AD, ADMP, MS Entra, and Cyber Ark.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a knowledgeable advocate in your field, you will be responsible for building efficient technical components tailored to specific products and technologies, ensuring alignment between business requirements and best practices in the market, as well as adhering to Pernod Ricard's technology standards (including code robustness, scalability, data governance, and security protocols).
You will oversee the development and ongoing evolution of technical elements, from initial design through to maintenance and continuous improvement, while collaborating effectively with other engineers and leadership to optimize the overall technology landscape.
Excellence in Identity and Access Operations:
- Lead the creation and execution of strategies for operational excellence in Identity and Access, ensuring best practices are integrated throughout the development and operational lifecycle.
- Manage critical incidents related to developed elements, from identifying issues to resolving problems.
- Ensure the effective execution and evolution of operational processes, including upgrades, patches, and obsolescence management.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and engage in feature design or redesign with your team.
Effective Collaboration within Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Pernod Ricard's technology teams, the CISO team, and other cross-functional teams to maximize the value of technology initiatives.
Strategic Innovation and Activation: Inspire and implement strategies for continuous improvement and innovation within the Identity and Access product portfolio. This includes assessing new technologies, designing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols to support the long-term objectives of Pernod Ricard's technology organization.
If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to consider this opportunity:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Identity and Access portfolios within an enterprise environment.
- Extensive knowledge and proven success in Active Directory administration, security best practices, and hardening techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, such as CyberArk, for securing privileged accounts and credentials.
- Proficient in user access controls, permission management, and role-based access control (RBAC) models within Active Directory.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Strong communication skills and engagement techniques for utilizing security automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) to automate security tasks.
- Mastery of identity and access governance (IAG) principles and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying, investigating, and resolving potential security incidents.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with IT operations, developers, and other stakeholders on security initiatives.
- Ability to stay informed about the latest IAM threats and vulnerabilities, including emerging attack vectors targeting Active Directory.
