Aircall is a dynamic and innovative company that empowers its customers to make authentic, human connections. We're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team, led by a former Bain Manager, to support Aircall's strategic plan definition and execution.

Your Mission:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational questions from our Go To Market (GTM) leadership globally.
  • Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership.
  • Define and own incentive framework, target attainment, and capacity planning models.
  • Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, and methodologies within the GTM leadership & across the GTM organization.
  • Design, launch, and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Systems, and Product teams to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools.
What You'll Bring:
  • A proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven skills, with experience in analytical tools or a willingness to learn.
  • Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A solid business sense and ability to drive insights.
  • A results-driven, analytical, and empathic leader.
