Position Overview

The Revenue Optimization Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the financial success of our hotel properties. This position is integral to the strategic management of revenue streams, ensuring alignment with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's corporate strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the effective operation of the revenue management department, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and meeting the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Lead revenue accounting initiatives, implementing best practices to enhance financial performance.
  • Provide guidance on revenue recognition policies, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Manage royalty accounting and invoicing processes, supervising two direct reports.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.
  • Strong strategic orientation, coupled with exceptional problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in luxury hotel operations is highly advantageous.
