Revenue Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our revenue leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through effective revenue management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage revenue pre-opening tasks to ensure a successful hotel opening.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with Hyatt's corporate objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel team.
  • Manage royalty accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and optimize revenue recognition policies.

Requirements:

  • University degree or hotel management diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar revenue management role.
  • Strong passion for people and revenue growth.
