We are seeking a talented Product Definition Analyst to join our dynamic team and tackle exciting challenges in the hospitality industry.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between users, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Manage business requirements, translate user expectations into actionable items, and ensure that the delivered solutions meet stakeholders' expectations.
- Drive the requirements flow and excellence in product development.
- Analyze business requirements from Product Management and collaborate with various business units across multiple locations.
- Participate/Drive Scrum ceremonies (Plannings, Refinements, Demos, Retrospectives).
- Develop and document functional knowledge of internal products and processes.
- Provide solutions and drive towards common goals, including sizing specification and validation work.
- Write solution overviews, product specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure functional compatibility by interfacing with relevant departments.
- Present new features to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Interface with Product Management, Project Management, Development teams.
- Has deep understanding of software development.
- Experienced in diagrams creation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and consultative approach, with a bias for action and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodology and good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain requirements in detail, exhibit curiosity, and grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Experience in negotiating priorities and working with demanding stakeholders.
