Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate scientific research projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement research strategies, plans, and budgets in collaboration with the research team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Communicate research findings and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management, research scientists, and engineers.
Requirements:
- PhD degree in Life Sciences (biology, biomedicine, technical fields, mechanical engineering – knowledge in microfluidics is a plus).
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with European grant management is a plus.
