We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Communication Project Manager to join our team at Groupe Clarins. As a key member of our scientific communication team, you will play a crucial role in developing and promoting innovative skincare and makeup products.

About the Role

As a Scientific Communication Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all stages of product development, from drafting product briefs to monitoring research programs. You will work closely with our R&D teams and Marketing department to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

You will also be responsible for creating compelling storytelling around scientific discoveries, active concepts, and biological mechanisms. Your goal will be to formulate clear and accessible claims for consumers, while highlighting the company's research expertise and innovation culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all stages of product development, from drafting product briefs to monitoring research programs.
  • Coordinate with R&D teams and Marketing department to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Create compelling storytelling around scientific discoveries, active concepts, and biological mechanisms.
  • Formulate clear and accessible claims for consumers, while highlighting the company's research expertise and innovation culture.
  • Monitor trends, texture/packaging innovations, and scientific concepts by attending trade conferences and B-to-B cosmetics shows.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Communication Project Manager with a strong background in science and marketing. You should have a Master's degree in biology, pharmacy, or a related field, and at least 4-5 years of experience in scientific communication within the cosmetic industry.

You should be sensitive to regulatory constraints and have excellent listening skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a talent for pedagogy. You should also have a capacity for analysis, synthesis, and project management, as well as proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
