Our vast expertise spans carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and renewable energy sectors, complemented by our understanding of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design methodologies. We collaborate closely with our clients and the broader supply chain to minimize carbon footprints throughout the value chain and provide digital solutions tailored to the asset lifecycle.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an Interface Project Engineer to contribute to a net-zero initiative. The position will be based in a dynamic environment where English is the primary language of communication.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of engineering excellence for the assigned project by executing and fulfilling the engineering scope according to schedule and established procedures, specifications, and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of effective interface management on large-scale projects. Previous experience in an Interface Engineering capacity is advantageous but not essential.
  • Engage in the Management of Change process by identifying and quantifying changes that affect project work and implementing approved modifications.
  • Facilitate technical meetings with external parties and oversee specific technical interfaces until completion.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across various execution centers, including workshare and high-value engineering locations.
  • Ensure compliance of engineering disciplines with contractual obligations and project scope throughout all project activities.
  • Contribute to the development of project-specific procedures; prepare project plans and multidisciplinary documentation.
  • Adhere to the project quality management system; monitor and address any deficiencies.
  • Identify and address Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) considerations in design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and operations.
  • Guarantee the quality of engineering deliverables prior to submission to clients.
  • Plan individual work tasks and manage time effectively; collaborate with disciplines to ensure timely feedback.
  • Input into work planning, establish targets, and conduct regular progress reviews.
  • Support engineers in meeting schedules, understand reasons for delays, and drive the development of recovery strategies.
  • Resolve most delays or changes independently and escalate only the most critical issues.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience in relevant industries (preferably in Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or Power).
  • Strong understanding of technical work scope, key deadlines, and milestones.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive in seeking improvements and taking initiative.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities.
  • Robust problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
