Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Lyon. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our Business Unit, including Industrial and Aeronautics/Aerospace/Defense. Your primary goal will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including process optimization, communication, and external/internal outreach.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports to the HR Director, including recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, Business Partners, and Engineers to ensure seamless integration and onboarding of new hires.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including managers, candidates, and HR teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Business Partners, and Engineers.
