About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and fluent speaker in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) to join our team as a Customer Advisor.
As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their requests and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat.
You'll also be responsible for handling customer complaints, helping with flight reservations and itinerary changes, and participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (C1 level or higher)
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience (a plus)
- Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications
- Personnel culture and a positive attitude
