Position: IT Operations Manager (M/F)

Within the Digital Information Systems and Digitalization Division, your key duties will encompass:

  • Structuring IT operations in alignment with departmental goals,
  • Overseeing the production team,
  • Prioritizing tasks based on operational requirements,
  • Scheduling assignments and managing team capacity,
  • Reporting directly to the head of the division,
  • Administering technical initiatives, resources, and financial plans,
  • Suggesting creative solutions,
  • Monitoring infrastructure and data accessibility,
  • Guaranteeing the reliability and security of systems,
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners,
  • Drafting specifications,
  • Maintaining documentation,
  • Providing technical support for servers, office applications, and telecommunication systems.
Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have no less than 5 years of pertinent experience. Proficiency in IT components and Datacenter infrastructure, SQL query language, scripting, Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Azure, Active Directory, and crisis management is essential. Candidates should be self-sufficient, exhibit strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and have a keen sense of prioritization.
