About Equans

Equans, a leading provider of integrated energy and services, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to join its team.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for detecting, evaluating, and responding to computer security incidents within Equans. This includes analyzing attackers' techniques, assessing the extent of compromises, and proposing recommendations to solve problems and enhance system security. The Analyst will also be involved in threat hunting, incident response, and developing tools for investigating cyber threats.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Monitor cyber threat actors' tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
  • Enrich and integrate TTP and compromise indicators into monitoring tools
  • Produce actionable reports based on threat intelligence data
  • Participate in incident response activities in real-time
  • Propose new rules and methods to enhance overall detection
  • Contribute to intrusion tests and red team missions
  • Be part of the threat intelligence platform
  • Disseminate information on cybersecurity to improve awareness and security practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with experts or organizations
  • Continuously improve services and report to the CSIRT manager
  • Support the CSIRT manager in committee preparation
  • Inform management of suspected incidents and provide advice on recovery, emergency, and business continuity plans
  • Recommend incident mitigation measures
