We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Ekimetrics. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our most complex projects, managing multiple accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects worth millions of euros, including strategic and innovative initiatives
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring growth and profitability in partnership with established project teams
  • Animate training sessions for consultants on data science techniques and business strategy
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on global HR topics, such as annual performance evaluations, mentorship training, and cultural initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our company through local and global initiatives, such as thought leadership, knowledge management, recruitment, culture, and diversity
