Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
- Daily reconciliation of cheque and credit card payments, ensuring 100% accuracy in posting payments to customer accounts.
- Generate Daily Reports as required by Policies and Procedures, including the "End of Day Report" and "Payments Listing".
- Maintain confidential office records and files related to daily transactions, including customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
- Handle administrative correspondence effectively.
- Assist with inventory management and the receipt of supplies and/or inventory.
- Promote Nutrien's culture of care while adhering to Nutrien, industry regulations, and EH&S standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Possession of a valid Canadian driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset.
