We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our HR team at Ayvens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures that support our business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees.
- Manage the budget and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and variable pay.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support compensation and benefits decision-making.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as HR, finance, or business.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global rewards and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
