Position Overview:
As an Oncology Research Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in steering antibody drug conjugate initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Formulating project strategies from target identification through preclinical stages.
- Coordinating both internal and external activities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring project timelines and financial allocations.
- Identifying avenues for external innovation and potential licensing opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- PharmD or Ph.D. in biological sciences, with a specialization in oncology and antibody drug conjugates.
