Job Title: AI & Data Science Manager

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled AI & Data Science Manager to join our Global IT Data and Digital organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, delivering, and managing AI and Data Science solutions to support our Data Driven Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deliver AI and Data Science solutions to support business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate activities related to AI and Data Science, including tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide strategic vision and operational execution capabilities to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects.
  • Technical-functional experience, skills, and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake), and modern data architecture models.
  • Strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics.
  • Strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
