As we continue to grow at a fast pace, we seek a talented AI and Data Science Manager to join our Global IT Data and Digital Organization.
Your RoleAs the AI and Data Science Manager, you will contribute to the setup and implementation of AI and Data Science solutions to Ceva Logistics. You will work with existing tools and new, modern tools available in the cloud, using our newly developed Ceva Data Platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing, delivering, and managing necessary tools, technologies, and methodologies to support a Data Driven Organization.
- Sharing knowledge and implementing best practices in Ceva organization to ensure business benefits.
- Managing resources and experts in your team to ensure IT AI and Data Science support rapidly increasing business needs.
- Building and educating your team to provide necessary support for other departments and ensure best usage of existing data.
- Driving the growth of AI and Data Science in Ceva together with other colleagues from multiple areas.
- Planning and designing solutions for the future aligned with Ceva's long-term strategy and ambition to be a Data Driven company.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects. You should have technical-functional experience, skills, and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake), and modern data architecture models. Experience with DataIKU is a plus. You should also have extensive experience in management and coordination of activities, strong communication and coordination skills, and a strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
