Role OverviewReporting to the Global Director of Digital Experience & Performance, the Senior Manager will spearhead the E-Commerce division by overseeing product management, content strategy, and performance across various projects and direct channels. This position is essential for creating, maintaining, and enhancing brand assets associated with Raffles, with the goal of maximizing click-through rates and conversion metrics.
- Initiate projects aimed at enhancing revenue generation on primary direct channels for the brand, including mobile applications and hotel micro-websites.
- Accountable for defining, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Ensure that products meet and surpass the highest quality standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of digital initiatives.
- A minimum of 6 years of diverse experience within a Digital & E-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of high performance and success in previous roles.
- Background in project management with a focus on product culture.
- Strong comprehension of digital technologies, platforms, and tools, including web analytics and content management systems.
