Your Impact:

  • Partner with regional teams to uncover valuable insights and develop data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and optimize business performance.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive AI & Data roadmap aligned with Sephora's strategic goals, fostering continuous growth and competitive advantage.
  • Cultivate a data-literate organization by educating teams on AI concepts, best practices, and emerging technologies, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI algorithms, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and ethical considerations are at the forefront.
