Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse in Élancourt. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and readiness of the site, as well as supervising the work of your team and ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees on site
- Supervise and motivate the team to achieve high standards of performance
- Monitor and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage reporting and scheduling to meet business needs
- Oversee site supply and inventory management
- Be responsible for the customer experience by addressing complaints and issues
- Promote continuous improvement through participation in workshops and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures specific to logistics warehouses
- Advanced knowledge and experience with receiving, storing, order preparation, packing, and shipping operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of productivity standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) used in logistics warehouses
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong leadership potential or skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Advanced short-term and long-term problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is €35,000 - €48,000 gross per year.
