About the Role
Vinted Go is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse in Élancourt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and readiness of the site, as well as supervising the work of your team and ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and compliance of the site and its employees
- Supervise the work of your team and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently
- Manage reporting and monitoring of performance
- Handle scheduling and ensure sufficient workforce is scheduled to meet business needs
- Oversee site supply and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Be responsible for the customer experience and address customer complaints or issues
About You
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations, logistics/supply chain, or another relevant field
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures specific to logistics warehouses
- Advanced knowledge and experience with receiving, storing, order preparation, packing, and shipping operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of productivity standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) used in logistics warehouses
- Proficiency in French and English
