Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Össur is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in France. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and optimizing operational efficiency across our clinics.

About the Role:

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for guiding performance review meetings, effectively communicating financial insights, and making practical recommendations based on analysis. You will also proactively identify business problems to address and constructively challenge business partner assumptions and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide performance review meetings to drive financial performance
  • Effectively communicate financial insights and make practical recommendations
  • Proactively identify business problems to address and challenge business partner assumptions
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues in France, Poland, and other parts of Scandinavia
  • Work with a financial control group in Rennes and Stockholm, as well as a Transactional accounting and data analytics center of excellence in Szczecin
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Economics or Business Administration
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to explain statistical methodology and provide context
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Open-minded, able to influence decisions, and collaborate
  • Maintains flexibility in a fast-paced environment
