Senior Compliance Investigator for Licensing

Join Dassault Systèmes, a pioneer in Scientific Software Engineering, as a Senior Investigator for License Compliance.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the License Compliance team and Channel teams to achieve program objectives.
- Engage with internal and external agencies as necessary.
- Partner with other regions to gain insights into their engagement strategies and success stories, participating in relevant initiatives to enhance the License Compliance program in India.
- Drive revenue generation as set by the global License Compliance and India leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance leads and opportunities are consistently recorded and updated in the License Compliance portal.
- Enhance the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem (Channels / VARs) to actively engage in License Compliance initiatives and promote awareness of the compliance processes and frameworks.
- Monitor deviations and report for corrective actions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to illustrate the value of licensed software and the legal risks associated with non-compliance.
Qualifications
· Experience Range: 10 to 15 years
· Proven experience in managing enterprise accounts and engagements is essential.
· Strong background in License Compliance, Anti-Piracy, and Software Asset Management (SAM) activities.
· Experience in License Compliance or roles focused on analytical and investigative tasks, along with negotiation skills with clients.
· Preferred experience in both audit and direct sales.
· Familiarity with cross-functional communication is advantageous.
· Experience in legal matters, including settlement agreements and enforcement, is a plus.
· Proficient in SAM and audits.
· Investigative skills, including research, interviewing techniques, and evidence management.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and data analysis skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Legal knowledge, including understanding of laws and regulations related to Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights violations.
· Technical proficiency and technology-savvy.
· Critical thinking skills, including judgment, decision-making, and adaptability.
· Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.

· As a member of the India License Compliance team, you will manage License Compliance activities within the enterprise segment.
· Your mission will be to safeguard Dassault Systèmes' intellectual property rights and revenue while fostering strong customer relationships through mutually agreeable resolutions.
