Compliance Administrative Technician F/H

YOUR ROLE
- Manage the administrative tasks related to compliance control documentation.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of files concerning separative sectors, non-residential activities, and property mutation inquiries.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and validation.
- Draft, dispatch, and track correspondence effectively.
- Input data into various systems and maintain activity monitoring metrics (GED, User Database, CRM).
- Handle invoicing for property mutation inquiries.
- Formulate agreements for non-residential investigations, including information retrieval from service providers and drafting necessary documentation.
- Engage with customers through post-sales follow-up, clarifying sanitation assessments and addressing any identified non-conformities.
- For properties that do not meet compliance standards: liaise with residents and arrange advisory visits to facilitate compliance of installations.
- Act as an ambassador for promoting innovative techniques in rainwater management at the property level.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Possessing a BAC +2/3 qualification in water management or administrative processes, you are looking for a role that combines technical and administrative responsibilities.
Essential qualities for this position include attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine curiosity.
