We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Hospitality Service team as an Assistant for Servicing Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operations of our VIP lounges and private boxes, providing our guests with an exceptional experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Prepare and coordinate Hospitality operations, including ticketing, parking, accreditations, and programs to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Client Liaison: Handle specific requests from Hospitality clients and collaborate with operational and commercial teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Service Delivery: Monitor the delivery of Hospitality services to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Team Support: Assist the Hospitality Servicing Manager in various tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive and responsive approach
- Organized and methodical with proficiency in MS Office
