Découvrez l'opportunité de rejoindre l'équipe de DOMITYS en tant que commercial de développement. Vous accompagnez le développement commercial de la Résidence en assurant la commercialisation locative des appartements et la vente des prestations de services. Vos missions incluent la gestion des leads, la prospection commerciale, l'organisation de rendez-vous et la réalisation de visites. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les séniors et leur famille pour éditer des devis et obtenir leur signature. Vous serez également responsable du reporting et du suivi administratif de l'activité commerciale. Pour vous aider, vous disposerez de CRM et d'autres outils commerciaux, ainsi que de formations internes avec Domitys Campus. Rejoignez notre équipe et contribuez au succès de DOMITYS.
