Transformative Finance Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner to join our Equity, Fixed Income & Commodities team at GMO (Global Markets Operations). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the overall strategy, design, policies, and transformation of settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and validate target process design and best practices in liaison with stakeholders across all business lines.
- Develop and implement reliable and relevant indicators to manage performance and risks of different processes.
- Lead the macro settlement process for all GMO in France and internationally.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in process evaluation and project management.
- Familiarity with Global Markets Operations processes and tools (Summit, Sophis, Murex, and/or Calypso).
- Knowledge of securities and cash settlement issues, as well as different financial instruments and means of payment used for capital markets activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
