Job Overview:
The role requires proficiency in English due to frequent interactions with our international subsidiaries, making it the primary working language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze data at the EMEA level to provide the management team and global finance team with accurate insights into market performance.
- Manage the regional calendar and communicate with local CFOs and controllers to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, deadlines, deliverables, and best practices.
- Extract and consolidate data to update performance KPI reports and dashboards.
- Provide cross-departmental support (marketing, category management, HR, etc.) by delivering financial data and assisting in performance analysis.
Network of Interaction:
Internal collaboration with the EMEA Local Finance Team, EMEA Leadership Team, and Corporate Controlling Team.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting—previous experience in finance is advantageous.
- Proficient in Office software packages, with knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Planning.
- Experience in controlling within product-oriented companies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making skills.
- Able to perform under pressure and navigate complex situations in an international context.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective project management capabilities.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English
Additional languages are a plus
