About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Norms Expert to join our Group Norms team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring that we meet the evolving regulatory requirements for sustainability disclosure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Group-wide implementation of evolving sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Provide sustainability reporting guidance to AXA Group entities worldwide.
  • Participate in the production of externally released documents.
  • Contribute to the evolution of sustainability reporting regulation, standards, and initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability reporting and technical knowledge of sustainability-related concepts. You will have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
