About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Norms Expert to join our Group Norms team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring that we meet the evolving regulatory needs of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to AXA Group entities worldwide on sustainability reporting matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain our sustainability reporting manual and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including standard setters and industry organizations, to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in sustainability reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of educational and training materials to support the implementation of our sustainability reporting requirements.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability reporting and a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements in this area. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

You will be a strong advocate for sustainability and ESG reporting, with a passion for driving positive change in our industry. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
