About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Norms Expert to join our Group Norms team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring that we meet the evolving regulatory needs of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to AXA Group entities worldwide on sustainability reporting matters.
  • Collaborate with the Group Sustainability Reporting team to ensure consistency and quality in our sustainability reporting.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in sustainability reporting, providing input and feedback to international, regional, and national standard setters.
  • Engage with peers and industry organizations to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.

You will be a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will have a deep understanding of sustainability reporting requirements and regulatory standards, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support to AXA Group entities worldwide.
