Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of security systems on construction projects
  • Develop and modify project timelines as necessary
  • Address unexpected issues and adapt to project modifications
  • Direct and manage on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations
  • Supervise subcontractors to guarantee timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage billing, alterations, and additional service requests
  • Foster effective communication with team members and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
  • Prepare and present project cost estimates

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position

Technical education (BTS/DUT/Professional Title) is preferred

Expertise in access control and surveillance technologies

Valid driving license is mandatory

Strong proficiency in computer applications

Must be organized, analytical, and possess a practical approach to problem-solving
