The Opportunity
Within our Territorial Directorate, we are seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join the Patrimoine team. Reporting to an experienced mentor, you will play a vital role in the execution of major repair projects outlined in our annual programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and preliminary studies, including feasibility analyses and diagnostics.
- Develop comprehensive operation budgets and diligently monitor expenses throughout project lifecycles.
- Negotiate and oversee public contracts for various operations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Provide technical, administrative, and financial oversight of ongoing projects, maintaining meticulous records.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct site inspections throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.
Your Profile
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree supplemented by a Master's degree in Project Management or Technical Asset Management. Ideal backgrounds include institutions such as ESPI, ESI, IMSI, Ecole d'urbanisme de Paris, and Sciences Po. The ideal candidate demonstrates a project-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering attention to detail.
