We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manufacturing Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Nexans. As a key member of our Industrial Digital Transformation Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to drive digital transformation in our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing IT/OT standards and solutions to support digital transformation
  • Estimating resources and means necessary for activities within your area of responsibility
  • Ensuring a fluent communication between IT, IS, OT teams and the business
  • Contributing to the relationship with external suppliers
  • Planning the workload, communicating it and monitoring adherence to service commitments

As a Digital Manufacturing Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions to support our manufacturing operations. This will include:

  • Developing functional solutions to meet local business demands
  • Communicating project evolutions or deliveries to IT, IS, OT and business stakeholders
  • Ensuring the effective resolution of incidents and problems within your area
  • Coordinating the functional deployment of plant digitalization

As a Manufacturing IT Expert with a focus on digital transformation, you will be responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing the performance of daily incident management and small evolution requests
  • Maintaining a good relationship with internal functional expert roles and third-party application management stakeholders
  • Supporting the functional design acceptance and go-live stabilization support on plants within the defined perimeter
  • Ensuring the needed functional knowledge and documentation transfer to the teams accepting operational support
