L'Assistant Commercial Key Account est un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe commerciale de l'Europcar Mobility Group. En tant que membre de cette équipe, vous serez chargé de développer et d'animer le portefeuille clients, en veillant à la satisfaction de leurs besoins et à la croissance de leurs activités.

Missions clés

  • Développer et animer le portefeuille clients existant et acquérir de nouveaux clients en identifiant des acteurs clés.
  • Négocier des accords commerciaux dans le cadre d'acquisition de nouveaux clients et des renouvellements.
  • Préparer des offres commerciales et réaliser des présentations clients.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services pour la gestion des comptes et veiller à la satisfaction des clients.

Compétences requises

  • Expérience commerciale avec gestion d'un portefeuille clients.
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément et à gérer des échéanciers serrés.
  • Aisance relationnelle tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et capacité à analyser des indicateurs commerciaux clés.
  • Langues : Français courant parlé et écrit et très bon niveau d'anglais.
