Commercial Manager Key Account

Le poste de Key Account Manager est un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe commerciale de UPTOO. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de comptes stratégiques d'entreprises de premier plan dans l'aménagement des espaces de travail.
Missions et responsabilités- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients stratégiques : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance au sein des comptes existants et prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels.
- Gérer les négociations commerciales : Élaborer les offres et conclure les contrats en veillant à maximiser la rentabilité et la satisfaction client.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets : Analyser les performances commerciales et établir des reportings.
- Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes : Garantir la livraison des projets dans les délais et selon les exigences des clients.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles : Instaurer des liens de confiance et entretenir des relations commerciales durables.
- Capacité à agir de manière autonome : Gérer des projets complexes auprès de clients exigeants.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques : Utiliser un CRM et gérer l'information client.
- Niveau d'anglais professionnel : Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les partenaires.
