Description of the Mission
Egis is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join its team in Guyancourt, France. As a key member of a small project team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering various projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting commercial activities and responding to tender calls
- Managing client relationships and ensuring the technical, commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of projects are handled efficiently
- Working on a wide range of mobility studies, including:
- General mobility studies: providing mobility strategies for territories (PDM, PLD), multimodal studies, transportation network restructuring, active mobility schemes, and parking management
- Modelling and traffic forecasting
- Operational studies and project management: traffic studies, dynamic simulation, regulation, and SLT
You may be involved in projects such as:
- Developing cycling schemes for the Saclay agglomeration
- Conducting traffic and parking studies for the City of Châtillon
- Developing mobility studies for the 78th department
- Managing multimodal hubs in Créteil, Échat, Aulnay-sous-Bois, and Drancy
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering (ENTPE, INSA, UTC) or a Master's degree in Transport. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and possess a good general culture (consultation, transportation systems, urban planning, environment). Your key skills include:
- Study, benchmark, diagnosis, analysis, modelling, simulation, and regulatory framework (LOM)
- Interfaces (urban planning, environment)
Your key soft skills include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and the success of projects under your responsibility. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be motivated by contributing to the commercial success of the team.
