Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support within our organization. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide excellent telephone support.
  • Handle correspondence through mail and email with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate tender processes and monitor public procurement platforms.
  • Prepare and submit responses to calls for tenders.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and manage administrative follow-up on construction contracts.
  • Prepare work orders and oversee contractor billing and payment documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on construction site reception documents.
  • Prepare fee notes and assist with accounting entries.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and technical roles.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Desired attributes include: Proactivity, Attention to detail, Independence, Strong interpersonal skills, Enthusiasm, and Team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with public procurement and the construction sector is advantageous.
