Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, IT equipment, and business cards, as well as supporting the organization of corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee data across various tools and platforms, liaising with HR staff in Europe.
- Centralize contractual and NDA signatures for supplier and client contracts.
- Support the organization of corporate events and manage related logistics.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing office snacks and supplies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Belgian, French, and ideally Dutch administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint and TEAMS.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, with native-level proficiency in French or Dutch, and proficiency in the other language.
- Experience with MS Excel, Lists, and PowerBI.
- Previous experience in an international role.
