Job Title: Office Manager and Administrative Support

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Support professional to join our team at M&G. As an international savings and investments business, we offer a range of financial products and services through Asset Management, Life, and Wealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including ordering stationery and office supplies, administering tenancy agreements and insurance policies, and overseeing suppliers.
  • Administer the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Manage company cars, including lease contracts and maintenance.
  • Prepare travel expenses for employees and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Background in financial services is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite.
