Job SummaryThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources management, labor laws, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations and Representatives: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboard for key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus. 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager. A solid knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations. Proven experience in human resources management, ideally in a similar environment.
Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with social partners. Great organizational and time management skills. Great discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Mastery of IT tools and human resources management software. A strong sense of ethics and confidentiality. An ability to manage complex situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Fluent in English.
