Job Summary

CAMECA is a world-leading supplier of microanalytical and metrology instrumentation for research and process control. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports using HRIS.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Administrate the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to HR and other departments on HRIS usage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR).
  • Proven experience in human resources management, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with social partners.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Great discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Mastery of IT tools and human resources management software.
  • Fluent in English.
