The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our CRM systems are utilized effectively to improve member engagement and optimize operational workflows. Collaboration with IT teams to resolve technical challenges and implement new features will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CRM system, including setup, upkeep, and user education.
- Maintain data integrity and uniformity within the CRM platform.
- Offer technical assistance to internal staff regarding CRM and other departmental technology.
- Work alongside development teams to tailor and improve CRM features according to departmental requirements.
- Engage in analyzing member data to uncover trends and support marketing strategies.
- Identify the technological needs of teams and recommend suitable solutions.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Document operational workflows related to CRM and associated technological tools.
Requirements:
