About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at A&O IT Group. As a Desktop Engineer - Operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incidents and Service Requests
- Provide services to End Users, including End User Devices, Collaboration and Communication services, and Network-attached devices
- Perform Daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices
- Meet room support as required
About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support
- Hands-on experience on site in direct contact with users, ideally experience working in a factory or a warehouse environment
- Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems
