About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensuring Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies to drive our TA Tech teams' recruitment efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
  • Drive expectation-setting conversations and leverage data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders.
  • Engage and coach hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Advocate for candidates to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with our global talent acquisition team to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record of working with high-growth staff plans in KPI-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  • Experience collaborating and advising senior leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first approach.
  • User-first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand stakeholder needs and perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • International experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for transforming healthcare.
  • Full proficiency in English and French.
